Galerie d'Amour is a gallery without walls. It is a personal creation and collection now open for everyone to take their view. The structure for the collection uses the conventions of a gallery but the choice of works represented is not limited by a certain era, genre or style; it is more that there is a single voice and a constant theme – relationships between people.
This collection of poems is unashamedly romantic, in both senses. It celebrates the timeless and the beautiful not the temporal or political but it has its edge. Although all the poems are serious in their intent some are humorous. Metaphors are often taken from the arts as well as the natural world and urban environments. The potent weapon of rhythm, sounds and structure impel the words. Colour is always important.
