Terms & Conditions

In the following Terms and Conditions, the management refers to Poetry@MMD, its owners and associates. The customer or customers, refers to individuals, groups, institutions or companies making purchases made available through this website.

  1. Items will be dispatched ONLY on receipt of full payment, including postage and packaging.
  2. Management reserves right to alter prices and postage/ packing charges at any time and without notice.
  3. The management accepts no responsibility for any failure in electronic transmission between the customer's computer and any third party processor.
  4. PRIVACY. Under no circumstances will the management make customers` details available to any third parties.
  5. Payment is only operational through PayPal.

For orders made by post and using personal cheques, the cheque should be noted on its reverse with post/zip code and cheque guarantee card number. Delivery will await cheque clearance.

We trust that your order will reach you in perfect condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product/s then please contact us for a replacement or full refund.

By submitting a poem to Emcs © you are signifying your agreement to its e-publication on this site, either as a single poem or as part of a themed collection available free to anyone visiting that page on the site. You retain the copyright which will be marked against the author credit with the poem on the site. Your poem will not be used by the management for any other purpose or in any other place without your express permission. Once you have had one poem e-published on this part of the site you are automatically ineligible for further e-publication. The management's decision on e-publication is final and after this has been sent to you electronically no further correspondence, by whatever means, will be responded to.
